【英语中国】南京工厂发生爆炸 数百人受伤

An explosion in eastern China's Nanjing city Wednesday morning didn't occur at a China Petroleum & Chemical Corp. petrol filling station-contrary to a report by state-controlled China Central Television, a Sinopec spokesman said.

The explosion occurred at a nearby liquefied petroleum gas plant, and Sinopec's filling station wasn't affected much by the explosion, Huang Wensheng told Dow Jones Newswires.

The explosion's impact was felt across the city, and at least 200 people were injured, according to a Jiangsu news portal.

The state-run Xinhua news agency says the Wednesday morning blast occurred at a plastics factory in downtown Nanjing city, and about 100 people were injured, citing witnesses.

No other details were immediately available.

据江苏一网站报导，整个城市都能感到爆炸产生的冲击，爆炸造成至少200人受伤。

新华社援引多名目击人的话报导称，周三上午位于南京市中心的一家塑料厂发生爆炸，约100人受伤。
