【英语国际】金正日三儿子金正银获大将军衔

Pyongyang has named the third known son of Kim Jong-il as a general in an almost certain sign that he has been appointed his father’s successor in the dynastic state.

Kim Jong-un is believed to be only 27 years old, and international observers are debating whether such a young man can lead in his own right or whether he will only be a puppet for a group of senior generals in North Korea.

According to a bulletin from the official news agency, the son has been given the rank of general, putting him at the centre of the most important body in the country.

This is the first time that North Korean state media has ever made reference to one of Kim Jong-il’s sons.

Very little is known of Kim Jong-un other than the fact that he spent a short period of his youth in Switzerland and learnt some English and German.

Kim Jong-il has also named his sister, Kyong-hui, as general, KCNA news agency said, on the eve of the opening of the Workers’ Party Congress in the capital. Most analysts had expected Kim Jong-un to receive some party and military roles at the congress.

South Korean intelligence services say they have accumulated increasing evidence that he is being groomed for the leadership, with officials teaching children songs in his honour and giving Workers’ Party cadres documents laying out why he is fit to rule.

However, other statements sowed confusion, with Jimmy Carter, the former US president, saying Wen Jiabao, China’s premier, had told him that Kim Jong-il had called the claims about the succession of Kim Jong-un, a “false rumour from the west”.

But Kim Jong-il has a track record of misleading world leaders, even allies. Vladimir Putin, then Russia’s president, in 2000 said that the North Korean dictator had promised him he would surrender his missile programme. But Kim Jong-il later quipped that he was joking. Analysts are increasingly focusing on whether Kim Jong-un’s accession is universally accept-able to the country’s various elites and whether the appointment needs further last-minute talks.

Other analysts have suggested that Kim Jong-il may have left it too late for his successor to be able to form the necessary alliances within the country to maintain the present totalitarian system of government.

Kim Jong-il, and his predecessor and father, Kim Il-sung, whom he succeeded on his death in 1994, have been North Korea’s sole leaders since the country’s formation after the Korean civil war in 1953.

韩国情报机关称，已掌握越来越多的证据显示，朝鲜正在培养金正银担任领袖，官员开始教育儿童唱歌颂扬金正银，并向劳动党干部下发文件，阐明金正银为什么适合领导国家。

然而其他说法却让人困惑。美国前总统吉米?卡特(Jimmy Carter)表示，中国总理温家宝曾告诉他，金正日曾称，由金正银继位的说法是“西方的虚假谣言”。

不过金正日有过误导各国首脑（包括盟友）的记录。2000年，当时的俄罗斯总统弗拉基米尔?普京(Vladimir Putin)称，朝鲜独裁者向他承诺将放弃导弹计划。然而随后金正日改口称，自己当时只是在开玩笑。分析人士目前日益关注朝鲜国内各界精英能否接受金正银登基，以及指定由他接班是否还需要最后时刻的讨论。

另有分析人士提出，金正日在安排接班人方面可能行动太晚，使继任者很难在国内建立起维持目前极权政体所需的同盟。

金日成1994年去世后，其子金正日继位。这父子二人是1953年朝鲜战争结束后、朝鲜建国以来仅有的两位统治者。
