【英语国际】朝鲜更换高层领导人

North Korea shuffled its top official ranks during a rare parliamentary session, state media said Monday, in a move that appears to consolidate North Korean leader Kim Jong Il's hold on power and prepare the way for his son to take the reins.

North Korea's official KCNA news agency said Choe Yong Rim, a senior Communist party official, was named North Korean premier. He succeeds Kim Yong Il, who isn't related to the North Korean leader.


Kim Jong Il also named Jang Song Taek, his brother-in-law and a member of National Defense Commission, as vice chairman of the commission. Kim Jong Il is chairman of the commission. It's not clear who Mr. Jang replaced.

The moves comes ahead of Kim Jong Il's expected transfer of power to his son, Kim Jong Eun. It also comes amid high tensions with South Korean following is allegation that North Korea was behind the deadly sinking of one of its warships in March.

朝鲜官方媒体周一说，朝鲜在一次不同寻常的全国最高人民会议年会期间，对其高层官员进行了更换，此举似乎意在巩固朝鲜领导人金正日(Kim Jong Il)执掌的政权，并为其子金正云接班铺路。

朝鲜官方媒体朝鲜中央通讯社(KCNA)说，高级共产党官员崔永林（Choe Yong Rim）接替金永日(Kim Yong Il)成为新任朝鲜总理，金永日与金正日并无亲属关系。

金正日还任命其妹夫、国防委员会(National Defense Commission)委员张成泽(Jang Song-taek)担任该委员会的副委员长。金正日是国防委员会的委员长。尚不清楚张成泽取代了何人。

正在人们预计金正日要将权力移交其子金正云(Kim Jong Eun)之际，朝鲜此番更换了高层领导。而与此同时，朝韩关系高度紧张，韩国声称朝鲜是3月份军舰沉没引发众多海员丧生事件的罪魁祸首。
